Julie Frédeval - Akeneo

Julie Frédeval is a Customer Success Manager at Akeneo since January 2021, responsible for managing Northern European accounts to enhance the usage and value of Akeneo's tools. Julie has pioneered a tech touch approach and played a key role in establishing the first digital team at the company. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a PIM/PXM Advisor, assisting B2C/B2B/D2C companies in creating unique online experiences. Previous experience includes a Sales Representative position at Continent du Vin, a Sales and Marketing Assistant at AQUITAINE WINE COMPANY, and various sales roles in the wine industry, where Julie conducted tastings and cellar tours.
