Kendra McCarthy has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kendra currently holds the position of Director of Enablement, Business Operations at Akeneo, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Autodesk Construction Solutions as an Enablement Manager, Customer Success from January 2020 to June 2022. Kendra also gained experience at Salsify as a Program Manager, Customer Success Scale & Enablement from September 2018 to January 2020, and as a Customer Trainer, Customer Success from March 2018 to September 2018. Before joining Salsify, they worked at Virgin Pulse for several years, holding roles such as Trainer & Quality Auditor, Member Services from May 2015 to March 2018, Senior Training & Support Analyst, Product Support from May 2013 to May 2015, and Product Developer, Product Development from March 2008 to May 2013. Kendra began their career at PwC as a Financial/IT Due Diligence Analyst, Advisory Services from July 2006 to December 2007.
