Théo Martin

Théo Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Théo started their career as an Advertisement Music Producer, creating music for web ads for well-known brands such as Renault, Lancôme, Nissan, and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. In 2017, they joined Amazon as a Data Scientist in the inventory placement team, where they improved optimization models and worked on visualizing outputs through a Shiny dashboard.

In 2018, Théo became a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, assisting startups in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with AWS-related matters. Théo earned multiple certifications during this time. In 2019, they transitioned to the EU Pricing team at Amazon as a Data Scientist II. Théo utilized advanced statistical methods to estimate the impact of pricing initiatives and reduce price volatility, collaborating with various teams across the US and EU.

Théo's career continued to flourish at Unifai, where they served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. In 2023, Unifai was acquired by Akeneo, and Théo became the AI Tech Lead at the newly merged company. Their responsibilities included improving retailers' AI experience from research and development to production. Additionally, Théo briefly worked as a Visiting Lecturer at CPE Lyon in 2023.

Théo Martin completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from CPE Lyon from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Institution des Chartreux from 2013 to 2015, where they studied MPSI - MP (Mathematics & Physics) in a Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Écoles program. Théo also obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates, Cambridge Advanced from Cambridge Assessment, and various AWS certifications from Amazon Web Services.
