Bjørn Blindheim has a diverse education history. Bjørn began their educational journey in 1983 at Riis High School, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway from 1985 to 1986, during which they pursued studies in Ex Phil (Philosophy).
In 1986, Bjørn enrolled at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Telematics / Computer Science. Bjørn spent five years at NTNU, completing their studies in 1991.
Bjørn continued their academic pursuits and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oslo (UiO) in 1992. The following year, they attended the prestigious University of Oxford for a postgraduate program in Development Economics, culminating in 1993.
