Lene Landøy has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Lene started their career as a Summer Intern at Accenture in 2001 and then worked as a Summer Intern at DNB in 2002. Lene joined Statoil in 2003 as a Corporate Trainee in finance and held different roles within the company until 2016, including Vice President of Business Development and Manager of Business Development Execution. In 2017, they joined Aker BP ASA and served as a Vice President of Portfolio Strategy and Analysis. Lene also worked at REC Silicon as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Lene Landøy is serving as an Investment Director at Aker ASA and as a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Aker BP ASA. Lene is also involved in various board and executive roles at other organizations, including Norsk Industri, Clara Venture Labs, and Gaia Salmon AS.
Lene Landøy completed their education at several prestigious institutions. Lene obtained their Master's Degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 1998 and 2002. In 2002, they further pursued their studies at SKEMA Business School, where they earned their MSc in International Finance in 2003. Additionally, Lene attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2001, specializing in MBA.
