Bjørnar Gjerdsbakk

Bjørnar Gjerdsbakk is an experienced professional in asset management and project planning within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Asset Integration Manager at Aker BP ASA since June 2019, Bjørnar has a comprehensive strategic focus on the Integrated Asset Plan for the Valhall Asset Management Team. Prior roles include leading offshore completion planning for the Martin Linge project at Equinor and serving as Lead Planner for the Martin Linge Development project at TOTAL E&P NORGE AS. Bjørnar's career includes significant contributions at Westsoft AS, BP, IFS, Halliburton, and Brown & Root, where expertise in planning, project controls, and business development has been established. Bjørnar holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
