Rachelle Rabago

Rachelle Rabago is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience at IGT, currently serving in the Office of the CTO, where strategic initiatives and innovation in Digital solutions, FinTech, and Land-Based Gaming are spearheaded. Rachelle has held multiple leadership positions at IGT, including Vice President of Product Development, where oversight of the entire product development lifecycle for casino systems and technology solutions occurred. With a strong background in strategic R&D product management, Rachelle has successfully led geographically dispersed teams, driving profitability and fostering collaboration across functions. Prior experience includes roles at ATT Interactive and Yellowpages.com, coupled with a mechanical engineering internship at Turner Construction. Rachelle holds a BS in Engineering with a focus on Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
