Kjetil Serigstad

Kjetil Serigstad is an experienced HSEQ manager with a diverse background in health, safety, environment, and quality management across multiple companies. Currently serving as HSEQ Manager at Aker BP ASA since November 2016, Kjetil has also held positions such as HSE Manager for Drilling & Wells/Exploration/Reservoir Development and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to Aker BP, Kjetil worked at BP from February 2006, taking on roles including Area Operations HSE Team Lead and HSSE Team Lead for the Valhall field, where responsibilities involved coordinating operational HSSE support and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previous experiences include HSE roles at Dolphin AS and Fred. Olsen, focusing on contractor management, internal audits, and quality assurance. Kjetil holds an engineering degree in HSE from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
