Michael Phelps

Michael Phelps, MS, CSP, CIT, currently serves as the HSEQ Manager at Primoris Services Corporation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Safety & Labor Manager at Broadway Electric Service Corporation from March 2017 to March 2023, and worked as an OSH Compliance Officer at the Kentucky Labor Cabinet from April 2016 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Kentucky Safety Manager and HES&S Co-op at Broadway Electric Service Corporation and Marathon Petroleum Corporation, respectively. Michael's career in safety and compliance began with an Environmental Health and Safety Co-op at Webasto Group. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Safety Security and Emergency Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science, both obtained from Eastern Kentucky University.
