Martin Westeng

Martin Westeng is a seasoned professional in project control and performance improvement, currently serving as a Senior I&P Professional at Aker BP ASA since October 2022. In this role, Martin leads projects focused on performance enhancement initiatives and the sanctioning of new marginal projects. Prior to this, Martin held various positions at Lundin Energy Norway from 2014 to 2022, including Senior Project Controller, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project control functions in drilling and wells. Martin's experience also includes significant roles as Project Control Lead and Project Lead, with a focus on developing collaborative digital solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions at Bayerngas Norge AS, starting with internships and progressing to Controller roles. Martin holds a Master's degree in Business & Economics, Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from the same institution.
