Nacer Hafafsa

Nacer Hafafsa possesses extensive experience in the maritime and engineering sectors, currently serving as Vessel Manager at Aker QRILL Company since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nacer held positions as Technical Manager at Seagems Group, Process Engineer at KD Pharma Group, and contributed to production and technical operations at Seagems Norway. Early career experiences include work as a Production Technician at Pharma Marine AS and as a Maintenance Engineer with Compagnie Nationale Algérienne de Navigation, where Nacer also served in the Algerian Navy. Nacer holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Automation Technology from Université Badji Mokhtar de Annaba, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
