Cristina Rynning

Cristina Rynning has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to learning and development. Cristina currently works at Aker Solutions as the VP People & Skills Development. Prior to that, they worked at Telenor where they held roles such as VP Digital Learning & Future Skills, VP Global Expert Development, and Acting SVP Head of Learning and Development. Before joining Telenor, Cristina worked at Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA as a Learning Manager and Acting Head of WW Academy. Cristina also had previous experience at MiljøHygiene AS and LVI produkter in sales and marketing roles.

Cristina Rynning earned a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Newcastle between 1998 and 2001. Cristina also completed a Chinese Elementary program at Shenzhen University from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, Cristina completed an Elementary Pedagogic program at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway from 1996 to 1997.
