Marlou Beulens

Marlou Beulens is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management, continuous improvement, and project optimization, primarily at Aker Solutions since December 2011. Marlou has held various leadership roles, including VP of Performance & Transformation in the Renewables segment, where responsibilities included overseeing HSSE, quality, and digitalization frameworks, as well as driving improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Previous roles include managing global subsea projects, leading digitalization efforts, and coordinating tender proposals. Additionally, Marlou has experience in the arts as a producer and in marketing communications across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, along with several specialized certifications in data visualization, design thinking, and lean management.
