Sissel Anne Lindland

Sissel Anne Lindland has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as SVP People & Organization for New Energies and Power Solutions at Aker Solutions since April 2023. Prior to this, Sissel held several senior leadership roles within Aker Solutions ASA, including Senior Vice President for Corporate Human Resources and for Engineering & Project Management Resources, overseeing global HR strategies and policies. Sissel's career also includes a tenure as SVP Human Resources at Aker Yards ASA, where responsibilities focused on strategic HR within the shipbuilding industry, and as President of Aker Kværner Business Partner, responsible for establishing a shared services concept in Norway.
