Gilat Sosna

Gilat Sosna is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Akeyless Security since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gilat held positions as the Global Learning Leader at Allot and worked as a self-employed L&D Manager from January 2015 to July 2020. Experience also includes serving as an L&D Project Manager at Lotem and leading a team as Program Evaluator at the Ministry of Education in Israel. Additional experience includes work as an Instructional Design Specialist in the Israeli Air Force. Gilat holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology (Learning & Skill Acquisition) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and also has qualifications in Group Guidance from Bar-Ilan University and Design Thinking Workshop Facilitation from Discovers.
