Shrabani Basu

Shrabani Basu possesses a wealth of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shrabani worked as a Management Consultant focusing on operations, project management, coaching, and business strategy from May 2020 to January 2023, and briefly held the position of Executive Director at Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital. With a strong background in HR, Shrabani has also held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Reliance Industries Limited, Senior Director at Remedinet Technologies, and Head of HR and Administration at Brigade Hospitality Services.
