Laura Bacher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and team engagement, currently serving as Director of People & Operations and Director of Team Engagement at Global Prairie since September 2015. With prior roles as Executive Assistant at both Majestic Steel USA and BHP Management, as well as experience in event coordination, Laura has developed a strong foundation in organizational support and event management. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development with a focus on Tourism, Leisure & Event Planning/Marketing.
