Ben Brugler has a diverse work experience in the communications industry. ben started their career in 2000 at Akhia, where they held various account service positions until 2004. In 2004, they joined Malone Advertising as the Director of Public Relations. The following year, they returned to Akhia and took on the role of Vice President, responsible for business development and agency management. ben played a crucial role in the agency's growth as it transitioned from a 15-person team to a 50-person agency recognized as a 'Top 100 place to work' in Northeast Ohio. In 2013, they were promoted to President of Akhia and, as of February 2018, holds the position of CEO and President, overseeing agency management and client development.
