Xavier Mariot

Xavier Mariot has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Xavier started their career in 1992 as a Budget & Reporting Senior Analyst at Société Le Nickel - SLN - ERAMET. After that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Eramet from 1994 to 1997. Xavier then joined Erasteel as a Financial Controller, where they implemented new reporting and consolidation processes for multiple manufacturing sites and commercial entities. In 2001, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Budget & Financial Planning Manager, eventually progressing to the role of Finance Director, Concentrate Manufacturing France. In this role, they managed finance and strategic planning, led change management initiatives, and developed business cases for key decisions. From 2012 to 2016, Xavier served as the CFO of Europe & Asia at Arcade Beauty.

Xavier Mariot obtained a Master of Science in Management degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting from ESSEC Business School. Xavier pursued this degree from 1989 to 1992.
