Jared Goodner

Co Founder at Akido Labs

Jared Goodner has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as an Engineer at Meka Robotics. In 2009, they joined GiveChange as a Board Member. In 2010, they became a Ph.D Candidate at the Medical Device Development Facility at USC. In 2011, they were appointed Ambassador for USC at the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance, where they were responsible for generating pipelines and vetting concepts that fit the NCIIA's mission. In 2014, they were appointed Director of D-Health: The USC Digital Health Lab, an initiative of USC's Health, Technology, and Engineering program. In 2015, they Co-Founded Akido Labs.

Jared Goodner attended Ransom Everglades from 1999 to 2003. Jared then went on to Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2007. Following this, they attended the University of Southern California, where they earned an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2011 and began a PhD in the same field. In 2014, they took a leave of absence from their PhD studies and attended Y Combinator.
