Khourshed Alam

Khourshed Alam is an experienced business leader with a strong background in operations, sales, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at AkijBashir Group, Khourshed oversees the company's building materials division, spearheading sales, marketing, and factory operations while enhancing product lines and establishing performance parameters. Previously, Khourshed held senior management roles at DBL Ceramics Ltd., ROCKET (MFS), airtel Bangladesh, Lafarge Surma Limited, Robi Axiata Limited, and Novartis Bangladesh, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, revenue generation, and strategic business development. Khourshed holds an MBA in Marketing and two additional master's degrees in Banking and Commerce from the University of Dhaka.
