Lukas Judodihardjo

Lukas Judodihardjo is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Meadow Memorials since October 2025, focusing on modernizing the funeral home industry. Prior to that, Lukas was the Head of Business Operations at OpenStore from November 2022 to October 2025, where operations for a $40M+ portfolio of DTC brands were led. Lukas also held the position of General Manager at Jack Archer from October 2024 to August 2025, managing daily operations and strategic direction for the brand. Earlier experience includes over eight years at HelloFresh, serving in various leadership roles such as Senior Director of Global Strategy and Expansion and Senior Director of Product USA, contributing significantly to the company's growth and product development. Lukas began a career as a Business Analyst at Integreon in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Bath.
