Vidya Vasudevan

Vidya Vasudevan has a strong background in software engineering. Vidya currently serves as a Principal Software Engineer at Akili, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rivian, where they held various roles including Staff Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Staff Software Engineer again. Vidya was with Rivian from February 2020 to May 2023. Before joining Rivian, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung SRA from March 2018 to February 2020, and at Samsung SSI from October 2014 to February 2018. Vidya also has experience as a Software Engineer at eGain Communications from August 2012 to October 2014. Vidya began their career as a Member Applications Staff at Verizon Wireless from January 2011 to July 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a QA Intern at Fiserv from July 2010 to December 2010. Vidya pursued their graduate studies at UT Dallas from August 2008 to July 2010. Additionally, Vidya gained experience as an Intern at Ericsson from December 2009 to June 2010 and as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2006.

Vidya Vasudevan completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas.
