Darren Collins

Darren Collins serves as the Partnership Manager at Akili Network since April 2022, focusing on connecting various organizations to disseminate impactful health and safety messages to children and caregivers in Kenya. As the International Director of Project HAND UP since September 2012, Darren oversees the development of educational curricula and communication tools for East African educators, reaching millions through strategic partnerships. In addition, Darren has established a career as a keynote edutainer since August 1996, delivering engaging performances that blend education and entertainment. Previous roles include School Assembly Performer at Dallas Performers and Co-Founder of Puppetsinc.com, where Darren contributed to educational puppet design and manufacturing. Additionally, as the Training Director at Puppet Productions, Darren trained thousands of puppeteers while developing educational materials for visual arts in child education.
