Joel McDonald

Joel McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership management and customer onboarding. Currently serving as Product Partnership Manager at Jane App since October 2025, Joel previously held roles at Hive.co, including Integrations Partnership Manager and Senior Partnership Manager. At Unbounce, from March 2015 to October 2022, Joel was the first dedicated Technology Partnership Program Manager, overseeing technology integration relationships, managing the developer ecosystem, and leading the Launch Services team to streamline the onboarding of Enterprise customers. Additional positions include Marketing Coordinator at Leavitt Machinery and Online Marketing Consultant at CIVL 101.7FM. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of the Fraser Valley and additional education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
