Medea Nocentini serves as a Senior Partner at Global Ventures, an international venture capital firm focused on innovative startups and disruptive technologies. With prior experience as the Chief Operating Officer and Venture Partner at the same firm, responsibilities included leading financial planning, managing investment processes, and providing strategic recommendations. Medea is also the Founder of C3 - Companies Creating Change, a B Corp™️ certified organization aimed at empowering innovators. Additional roles include membership on the HBR Advisory Council and contributions to various advisory boards and strategic groups, including the WHO Foundation and Cleantech Scandinavia. Medea holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Laurea Magistrale in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, and has studied Biomedical Engineering as a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University, along with engineering studies at CentraleSupélec.
