Camilla Schmidt

Camilla Schmidt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and HR Business Partner at Akind since September 2022. Prior to this role, Camilla worked as a People & Performance Partner at AW Group from April 2022 to September 2022. Camilla's extensive background in human resources includes a tenure at Academic Work Sweden from November 2010 to April 2022, where various roles were held, including Labour Law Specialist, Team Manager Labour Law, Head of Talent Acquisition, Consultant Manager, and Candidate Coordinator. Camilla began their career as an HR-assistant at OneMed Group in 2010. Camilla holds a Magister degree in Personal- och arbetsliv from Lund University, completed in 2010, and also attended the University of Sydney in 2009.
