Claudia Fernández Sainz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claudia currently works as an Enterprise Sales Lead at Shakers, a position they have held since February 2022.

Prior to their current role, Claudia worked at Banco Santander from September 2019 to December 2021 as a Customer Experience Consultant and Researcher. In this role, they utilized design and innovation processes to improve the customer experience. Claudia collaborated with different departments and areas within the organization and successfully engaged customers in research processes.

From November 2018 to June 2019, Claudia worked as a Design Researcher at MOO, where they closely collaborated with different departments and utilized various research methods to understand customer needs.

Claudia also gained experience as a Temporary Insights Researcher and Strategist at Powers Health from September 2018 to November 2018.

Claudia started their professional journey at Designtalent in December 2016, where they worked as an Employee Branding & Employee Experience Consultant. Claudia combined talent strategy and employee experience design to provide the best solutions for clients. Claudia also partnered with Designit London, where they implemented an employee branding project to improve talent acquisition processes and employee experience.

In 2016, Claudia had an HR Assistant internship at Buongiorno, where they led a new Induction Plan for the European team and supported recruitment processes.

During their trainee period at INTEGRA from October 2015 to January 2016, Claudia worked as a Research Assistant in the violence gender department, managing a database and facilitating communication between clients and candidates.

Claudia's initial internship experience was at Carmen Pardo Valcarce from January 2015 to May 2015, where they served as a Psychology Assistant, providing group therapy and collaborating in individual psychoeducational therapy for disabled individuals.
