Oğulcan Çokcan has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and automotive industries. Oğulcan started their career as an Engineering Intern at Assab International AB in 2013. In 2015, they continued their internship at Groupe Renault, where they gained experience in Quality Engineering.
In 2016, Çokcan joined Aksigorta as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects related to mobile and web applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, artificial intelligence technologies, and augmented reality. Oğulcan was responsible for evaluating and analyzing requests from business units, managing third-party vendors, and overseeing bidding and invoicing processes. Later on, they took on the role of Project and Process Manager, meeting with business managers to discuss objectives, analyzing existing processes for efficiency and cost, and identifying areas for improvement. Oğulcan also served as a Scrum Master during their time at Aksigorta.
Most recently, Çokcan joined Akinon in 2022 as a Scrum Master and Team Lead.
Oğulcan Çokcan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Professional degree in the field of İşletme ve Yönetim from Sabanci University in 2021. Prior to that, they studied Endüstri Mühendisliği at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 2014 to 2015. Oğulcan also pursued their undergraduate studies in Endüstri Mühendisliği at Kadir Has University from 2012 to 2016.
