Alicia Vuong

Alicia Vuong has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Software Team Lead, Scrum Master, Architect, and Product Specialist at Boeing since April 1997. In this capacity, Alicia leads a software development and support team focused on applications for the Mechanical Engineers Ground Support and Operations group in military and commercial airplane maintenance, utilizing SAFe methodology in Boeing's private cloud environments (TANZU). Previously, Alicia held positions in network management software, network protocols, information assurance, and search and rescue systems, where notable projects included the development of a Smart Routing Protocol Agent and compliance with DISA security standards. Alicia's career began at Unisys and includes roles at Hughes Aircraft Company, Cambridge Technology Partners, and FileNet. Alicia holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UC Irvine and an M.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.
