Thomas Heise has a long and varied work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Thomas began their career in 2000 as the President of Rivenet.com. In 2007, they became the President of Catamarca Insurance Solutions. In 2011, they were appointed as a Director of Horseshoe Group. From 2013 to 2015, they served as President and Managing Director of RedRidge Capital Advisors. In 2015, they were appointed as President of BlueGreen Re. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Insurance Income Strategies Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Non Executive Director of AkinovA and Chief Executive Officer of FG Reinsurance Ltd. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as Director and Secretary of Legacy Liability Solutions Ltd.
