Joel Rosas

Joel Rosas has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Joel began their career at Capitão Dureza as a Monitor of Tourists during activities, where they prepared activities' material and terrain and instructed all participants across the activities. In 2009, they joined Koodza as a Section Manager, where they managed all product ranges within their dedicated section and provided guidance to all clients of the establishment. In 2010, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hotel Botânico Coimbra. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Spotdata as a Media Analyst and Project Leader, where they analysed social media feed using personalized queries to obtain specific information on the client account and reported findings to clients via the use of traditional reports or periodic newsletters. Currently, they are employed at AKIO as a Media Analyst and Project Leader, where they perform the same duties as they did at Spotdata.

Joel Rosas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Polytechnic of Leiria between 2001 and 2006.
