Vincent Poinard has worked in the IT industry since 2002. Vincent began their career as a Network Engineer at Orange in 2002, then moved to C'PRO Informatique in 2003 as a Telecom and Network Engineer. In 2008, they joined Centile as a Customer Support Engineer and was later promoted to Customer Support Team Leader, where they were responsible for managing the Support team, applying SLA compliance, and writing incident reports. In 2016, they moved to AKIO Software as a Customer Support Manager.
Vincent Poinard obtained their DUT Networking and Telecom from Université Grenoble 2 Pierre Mendès France, Valence in 2000-2002. Vincent then attended Malvern School, Londres in 2002-2003. Finally, they earned their License Networking and Telecom from Université Grenoble 1 Joseph Fourier, St Martin D'Heres in 2003-2004.
