Charlie James

Charlie James is the Information Services Director at Akita, a position they have held since 2010. Prior to their current role, Charlie worked as a Technical Analyst for Firstserv Ltd from 2007 to 2010 and as a Support Analyst for Brown Shipley & Co Ltd from 2005 to 2006. Charlie has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and is an expert in information systems and data analysis. Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Manchester.

Charlie James has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Network Management & Design from the University of Portsmouth. Charlie is certified in Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales from Microsoft. Charlie is also a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
