Amy Germaine

Amy Germaine has over 25 years of experience in visitor and information services at the Museum of Science. Currently, as Director of Visitor & Information Services since April 2017, Amy oversees the daily operations of the Reservation Center and Information Desk, ensuring excellent guest service. Previously, Amy held roles including Assistant Manager and Coordinator in the Reservations Department and Coordinator for the Information Desk. Amy's responsibilities have included training and supervising staff, managing call center operations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Museum offerings. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from Plymouth State University.
