Matt Scott is the current Helpdesk Supervisor at Akita. Prior to their current position, Matt worked as a 1st Line Analyst for Kent County Council from December 2014 to November 2016. In this role, Matt was responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling customer expectations, maintaining service level agreements, and providing excellent customer service. Matt was also responsible for assigned, planning, and executing projects that benefited the team. Prior to their work at Kent County Council, Matt worked as a Floor Team Member at Wasabi Sushi and Bento from June 2014 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the dining area clean and tidy, and preparing food as needed. Matt began their professional career as a Car Valeter for MotoClean LTD from September 2013 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for cleaning and detailing cars for customers.
Matt Scott attended Staffordshire University where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Games Design. Matt also attended Westlands School for their computer games design certification. In November 2015, they earned their SDI SDA (Service Desk Analyst) Award from the Service Desk Institute.
