Alvaro Montoya 梦龙

Alvaro Montoya 梦龙 has a diverse work experience. Alvaro began their career in 2012 as a Product Manager for EV Future Information Technology. In 2013, they moved to Microsoft as a Global Sales Operations Business Analyst. In 2015, they became an Account Manager for IBB I&C Technology. Most recently, in 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Akkadu, a company that helps Global Organizations make their on-site, hybrid, and online meetings & events multilingual. Akkadu provides Remote Simultaneous Interpretation, Human Live Captioning, and AI Subtitles.

Alvaro Montoya 梦龙 earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tsinghua University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master Thesis at Beijing Institute of Technology in 2012, which focused on International Business Plan. From 2006 to 2011, they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Telecommunications Engineering. In addition, Alvaro Montoya 梦龙 also completed a Course of Business Administration and Management at IESE Business School from 2007 to 2009. Alvaro also holds certifications from Coursera in Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning, which they obtained in 2017.
