Elmir Qudratzade

Elmir Qudratzade has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Manager at Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC since May 2018. Prior roles include Chief Engineer at Bridge Tunnel Construction LLC, overseeing a concrete road project from June 2016 to September 2017, and Chief Engineer for the SOCAR Ammonia and Urea Plant Construction between September 2014 and June 2016. Earlier responsibilities at Akkord Industry included positions as a Great Specialist, Lead Engineer for the Ganja Bypass Road Project, and various Geodesy Engineer roles on projects such as the Baku Shamakha Muganli highway and internal roads in Baku. Elmir Qudratzade holds three bachelor's degrees in Applied Geodesy and Geodetic Engineering from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, earned between 2003 and 2007.
