Emma Turner has over 10 years of work experience in marketing and customer success roles. Emma began their career in 2010 as a Business Support Officer at North Huddersfield Trust School. In 2012, they joined Oxford University Press as a Marketing Administrator, and was promoted to Marketing Executive and then Senior Marketing Executive. In 2016, they moved to SAGE Publications as a Digital Product Marketing Manager. In 2018, they joined Which? as a Marketing Planning Manager - Brand & Planning. In 2019, they joined Planit LGPM as a Client Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Aklamio as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for championing the adoption and expansion of incentivisation technology, providing marketing expertise and consultancy to partners, enhancing the long-term strategy and growth of clients, identifying strategic opportunities, delivering robust content marketing strategies, and more.

Emma Turner has a Master's Degree in English Literature from York St. John University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Huddersfield New College from 2003 to 2005, where they studied English Language, English Literature, Media Studies, Drama and Theatre Studies. Emma completed their secondary education at Mirfield Free Grammar between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, Emma has obtained two certifications: SheCodes Basics from SheCodes Workshops in May 2021, and Webgains Step it Up from Webgains.
