Génesis Valentín has worked in various roles since 2011. Starting in 2011, Génesis held the role of Servicio al Cliente - Caja at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. In 2013, Génesis moved to AstroCartón Dominicana, where they worked as an Asistente de Planificación y Ventas. In 2014, Génesis began working at Media Revolution as an Accounting Assistant. In 2015, Génesis began working at Courtyard by Marriott as a Recepcionista de Hotel. In 2020, Génesis moved to Lidl España, where they held the role of Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria / Atención al cliente. Currently, Génesis is working at Aklamio as a Customer Operations Manager (B2B) and End User Support Agent.

Génesis Valentín completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo between 2009 and 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Génesis Valentín obtained a Master's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from Ostelea, Tourism Management School. Finally, Génesis Valentín obtained a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research in 2018.
