Or Druker's work experience begins in 2008 as a Traffic Analyst with the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. After that, they served as a Senior Traffic Analyst and then as a Course Instructor within the same organization. In 2018, they worked as a Prepress Operator at Hemlock Printers, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. From 2019 to 2022, Or worked as a Customer Success Representative at Hemlock Printers, managing contract renewals, providing customer support, and implementing automated workflows. In 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer, researching emerging technologies and developing responsive layouts. In 2022, Or founded Druker Dev and served as the Owner, deploying customizable templates and managing project progress. Currently, in 2023, they work as a Software Engineer at Akooda.

Or Druker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature & Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Or later pursued a Diploma in Graphic Communications Technology Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Or Druker earned a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022.
