Ventsi Kichikov

Ventsi Kichikov has a solid work experience in the IT field. Ventsi started their career as an IT Support Technician at SKY NET from October 2000 to April 2005, where they were responsible for LAN administration, creating and testing PC images, and monitoring server performance.

After that, they worked as a Desktop Engineer at Milara, Inc. from May 2006 to December 2013. In this role, they administered Windows servers, Active Directory, and various hardware and software components, troubleshooting user problems and making upgrade recommendations.

From January 2014 to August 2015, Ventsi served as a Team Leader and Jr. System Administrator at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, providing support for remote and onsite users, administering servers and encryption technologies, and running security reports.

Ventsi Kichikov received an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Massachusetts Bay Community College. Ventsi attended this college from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they enrolled in New Horizons Computer Learning Center and completed a program on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and CompTIA A+. Ventsi also obtained several certifications, including Windows Server 2008, MCTS: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Windows Server 2008, Server Virtualization, Network Infrastructure Configuration, and Active Directory Configuration. Ventsi acquired these certifications between 2013 and 2013 from Microsoft and CompTIA.
