Paul Horan

Paul Horan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently working as the General Counsel at Akoya since 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at TIAA from 2018 to 2023, starting as a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and later becoming the Managing Director, Associate General Counsel. Before joining TIAA, Paul worked at JPMorgan Chase where they served as an Executive Director & Assistant General Counsel from 2013 to 2018 and as a Vice President & Assistant General Counsel from 2011 to 2013. Paul also gained legal experience as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, with two separate stints from 2000 to 2006 and from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they served as a Law Clerk for Hon. William H. Walls, USDJ, District of NJ from 2002 to 2003 and as a Research Analyst for the Democratic National Committee from 1995 to 1997.

Paul Horan completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from New York University School of Law from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Tufts University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. No specific field of study was mentioned for either of their degrees.
