Jarrod Holmberg, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering. Since July 2014, Jarrod has served as the Senior Technical Director, previously Technical Director and Geotechnical Engineer, at AKRF. Concurrently, Jarrod has been a certified soccer referee for the United States Soccer Federation since January 2003.
