Vincent Manners

Vincent Manners, PE, possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Senior Technical Director at AKRF since December 2017. Prior to this role, Vincent spent a decade at Mott MacDonald as a Project Engineer, where project management responsibilities included civil site layout and design, utility coordination, water main distribution, flood relief projects, and green stormwater infrastructure, among others. Vincent holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
