Michael Odum II

Michael Odum II is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate development, currently serving as a Development Manager at Akridge since August 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Development Associate at both Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Properties from January 2022 to August 2022 and January 2019 to December 2021, respectively. Earlier experience includes roles as a Development Analyst and Design Analyst at Forest City Realty Trust between April 2013 and December 2018. Michael began the career with internships and assistant roles, including a Design Intern at the Knowlton School at The Ohio State University and a Logistics Assistant at The Ohio State University. Educationally, Michael is pursuing further studies at Georgetown University while holding a Bachelor of Architecture from The Ohio State University, earned in 2012.
