Mohit Chotrani is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food Service Development Manager at Sodexo since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing new retail brands across corporate, healthcare, and education sectors. Previous experience includes roles as Head Chef at Taste Bud Hospitality, where kitchen setup and menu design were key responsibilities, and as Chef & Owner of The Sindhi Kitchen, overseeing branding and daily operations.
