Alla Gromova

Alla Gromova has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and public relations. Alla started their career as an Office Manager at Servier in 2000, where they handled administrative duties and organized corporate meetings. Alla then joined Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in 2005, working as an Event Manager and later as a Communications Manager. In these roles, they focused on managing corporate culture and communications, implementing various information tools, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys. In 2014, they joined AKRIKHIN/Polpharma as a Corporate Communications Manager and subsequently became the Head of PR & Internal Communications in 2015.

Alla Gromova began their education in 1995 at Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (NSPU), where they studied Philology, specializing in French and English languages. Alla completed their studies at NSPU in 2000. In 2007, they attended the Institute of Television and Broadcasting, focusing on Television Project Directing, until 2009. Alla then pursued further education at VZFEI from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Marketing and PR as an aspirant.
