Ken Hoyt is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Akron Area YMCA since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Ken has been with Akron Area YMCA since 1998, initially working as the Information Technology Director. Ken also served as the Technology Director at YMCA of Akron Ohio. Ken obtained their Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Kent State University between 1991-1997.
