Kumud Sharma, SPHR

Kumud Sharma, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, spanning across various companies and roles. Kumud began their career at Syscom Technologies Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager from February 2011 to October 2013. Kumud then worked as an HR Generalist at NeuStar, Inc. from October 2013 to July 2014, and later at DISYS Solutions, Inc. from October 2014 to July 2015. Kumud then joined the Association of Corporate Counsel as a Senior HR Consultant/HR Manager from September 2015 to November 2016, where they revamped employee orientation and developed training programs. Kumud served as an HR Manager at Gold Coast IT from November 2016 to April 2017, overseeing HR audits and immigration programs. Currently, Kumud is working at MicroHealth, LLC, initially as a Director of Human Resources from May 2017 to March 2020, and now as a Senior Director of Human Resources. In their current role, they collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop talent strategies, implement talent management solutions, and establish onboarding procedures for new hires.

Kumud Sharma, SPHR, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2014, the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2021, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2022.
